It is hard to believe the number of years since the Hertfordshire Branch was inaugurated when four of us met in Liz's home . Each year I have been pleased to report that the latest year of fund raising has even been more successful than the previous one. However, it is not in the financial operation of the Branch but in all the other facets of a Branch's functions, (whether it be attending events or placing collecting tins in various locations or whatever), which all adds up to another successful year. We are thankful, therefore, for all the enthusiastic help from the Committee and all the supporters.
